We recommend that any parents wishing to make contact with us directly should do so initially by email through: customerservices@uniform-direct.com We have taken off the delivery charge for all orders over £25 to further assist those parents who wish to purchase uniform online during this period. We will continue to offer prepaid labels for parents to return items that do not fit, either when purchased or should a child have a growth spurt between order and start of school. Please email requests for prepaid labels.     Please be assured that we are fully stocked with uniform ready for the September 2020 intake and schools and parents can be confident that all of this year’s stock has arrived with us already.  The global situation has not affected us as we always order early to ensure all products are received into stock in advance for our schools and parents. Stores will get busy and due to service restrictions, queues will be inevitable.  We still recommend that you order online wherever possible.

Labeling Uniform

These multi-use name labels simply STICK IN! No need for ironing or sewing.  Labels can be used in clothes, shoes, on school bags, dishwasher items such as water bottles and many other items. Simply go to https://www.stikins.co.uk and quote school reference number 35313 in order for St Mary’s School Friends to receive commission on all orders.

Lunchtimes
  • All children in Foundation Stage Year 1 and Year 2 are entitled to a free meal. (Known as Universal Free School Meals) This will be a cold box initially. We would prefer it if all children in these 3 year groups have  a cold box as this will minimise the  movement around school to get lunchboxes from lockers. These need to be ordered  on the good Lookin Cookin website https://www.goodlookincookin.co.uk/account/signin
  • All meals, including those for children in receipt of Free School Meals and Universal Infant Free School Meals (KS1 & FS children) will need to be ordered by parents through the website.

  • Children will need to bring a healthy snack for breaktime.

Even if your child is in receipt of Universal Free School Meals, if you think that your child may be entitled to Benefit School Meals, please make your application using the information below as this will provide extra funding in other things (Pupil Premium Funding) for your child. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs Thorner, Leader for Pupil Premium.

FREE SCHOOL MEAL APPLICATION

If you think your child may be eligible for Benefit Free School Meals, please apply by using the following link:  https://lcc.cloud.servelecsynergy.com/SynergyWeb/Parents/default.aspx  You will then be directed to Lincolnshire County Council Parent Portal.

The Lincolnshire County Council Parent Portal allows parents/carers to apply for Free School Meals. This online interface allows a user to create an account, add their children to the account, and then apply to one of the services. Once an application has been created and submitted it is available for the Local Authority to view. Due to the nature of the services you can apply for, it is important that you do provide the correct date of birth details for your child.  To use the Parent Portal, create an account using the “Sign In or Create an Account” link. To return after creating an account, use the same link.  When navigating the pages, please do not use your browser’s back button as your content may not be saved.

For Free School Meals and 2-Year-Old Childcare Funding the Portal is open all year round for applications.

If you have a Free School Meals query please email:

Kids Club

Kids Club will be opening from Wednesday 22ND July and will be open over the summer holiday for all children.  Bookings are now being taken and there are still spaces available.  If you are requiring childcare over the summer, please call Kids Club on 0782476279 or 07748432428.

KIDS CLUB FROM SEPTEMBER

Kids Club are looking at the childcare requirements for children who attend Welton St Mary’s and planning for opening before and after school in September. We are working closely with Kids Club to ensure that government guidelines are followed.  In order to do this, we need an early indication as to the requirements of families from September.  If you do intend to be using either the before school, after school club or both, please contact Kids Club 0782476279 by Friday 17th July to register your intention.

This then gives school and Kids Club time to work together to manage the bubbles safely.  Thank you.
